Welcome to the Layers! FAQ section. Here, you can find all the information you need about the shipping and delivery of our carefully handcrafted products, as well as our policies on returns and custom orders. General questions about the nature and making of our products are also answered here.
Shipping & Returns
Items should be shipped within 2 weeks of your order. Shipping prices are calculated on purchase. All sales are final.
Custom Orders
If you are interested in a custom design, Please email me directly at layeredpapercreations@gmail.com and use Custom Design Request in the subject line. Alternatively, you can fill out the google form and I will email you with any questions I may have.

Other Questions
Q: Where do you find your designs?
A: Designs are purchased from a variety of sources and are created by other crafters. Designs are adapted by Layers! For use in our products.
All designs sold on the site include permissions for my, the purchaser of the design, commercial use.
Q: Can I return an item?
A: No returns, sorry. Before purchasing, feel free to email me at layeredpapercreations@gmail.com me with specific questions about the product.
Q: How long will the LED lights in the lightboxes work?
A: I use Entiqi LED light strips from Amazon. The product description lists a run time of 4000 hours. I do not provide any guarantee of runtime hours.
Q: How do you cut the layers?
A: The layers are cut using a Cricut machine.
Q: Who is on the Layers! team?
A: Frannie makes all of the products, finds all of the designs, and manages the sales. Tux, her lovely feline assistant, observes the process. Basil, her grandchild, helps with marketing and designed this website.
